Slow Transfer Speed to FreeNAS

Hi everyone,

I just installed yesterday my first FreeNAS 9.2.1.5 on my HP N54L.
Created ZFS Pool, Shares and after some googling i also got my Plex Jail up and running. (Problem with false download paths for the jail templates)

Copied yesterday around 10 GB on a share with around 70-80MB/s and was justified with this speed.

Today created another share and wanted to copy some more GB on my NAS but the transfer speed was just around 3-4MB/s.
I changed nothing from yesterday to today and have no idea why the speed is now so slow.

Copying from the NAS to my PC is fine with around 90-100MB/s

My Hardware:
HP N54L
CPU: AMD Turion II Neo N54L, 2x 2.20GHz TDP 25W
RAM 16GB
HDDs: 2x 3TB WD Red (WD30EFRX), Mirrored ZFS Pool

Please tell me if more information are needed

Are you transferring one large file or a bunch of small files?
A bunch of small files are going to give significantly less throughput.
