Although I have Plex installed I've never really found a way I like of linking my iPhone to upload photos.
I notice the Owncloud ios app enables photo upload from the iphone but it only allows the photos to be "dumped into the root of owncloud. It would seem to be much more useful to enable it to upload to a named location e.g. /photodir (or even a directory pattern based on year etc) but I can't find a way. Anyone cracked it?
I'd personally rather not use automatic upload all photos, but upload specific ones in the same was as to facebook etc send on ios
Basically I take lots of photos on my SLR for holidays etc, uploaded via my PC and the odd family picture etc on the phone I'd like to keep reasonably accessible (linking through to vortexbox storage.)
Try and keep answer reasonably relevant but happy to entertain a different method if it fits the bill and non-complex. For this I want something that "just works" for a few pictures a week or so.
