sharing between freenas on virtualbox and pcbsd

i am newby and french so sorry if my english ain't good lol
can someone help me?
i have installed freenas on virtualbox which is on my pcbsd.
i want to share a folder which is on my pcbsd(where i put my movies pics and others).
i know there are cifs,afp and nfs but i want one folder for pcbsd and freenas.

i have done that for my windows seven wich is on my virtualbox too using guestadditions.
i don't manage with freenas.

help me lol

I dont really know what it is you are looking to do. you want to share the physical drive with FreeNAS and PCBSD?

what i do know is that it is incredibly rude to cross post the same thread across different forum sections.
