I'm running FreeNAS-9.3-STABLE which acts as a Samba server for several Windows clients.

I'm looking for a way to scan those clients for viruses and/or malware from the server so I can see the log for the scans from the server.

Do you have any recommendations?

Thanks in advance

Most A/V vendors have products that provide these capabilities and some provide virtual appliances. They usually follow a client-server model. Do some googling and request free trials. None of the remote administration programs will run natively on FreeNAS. You'll have to run them in VMs. ESXI is probably the best virtualization solution, but a virtualbox jail is fine for testing.
