I was searching over google and forum solution for my problem. I have solved most of the issues. Unfortunately, I'm stuck.
My scenario is:

Office with Main FreeNAS and OpenVPN based on OpenWRT router.
Home with Backup FreeNAS with OpenVPN installed in jail on the same machine. The router was provided by ISP so I can't manage it.
I want to replicate snapshots over VPN. Replication is working but I have problems with communication between FreeNASes.
I can't communicate between Main FreeNAS and Backup one. All details are in the graphic. I want to achieve a communication scenario form "important" rectangle.
If something is not clear please ask. I've tried to describe all as well as I understand the problem.
