W have 2 systems replicating one another.
Home has a 4.5TB dataset going to Office, all works.
Office has a 16TB dataset going to Home. All worked and was up to date. Then, we decided to update both to 11.3.U4.1 and it's been finicky since.
After reconfiguring the replication and snapshots - I got a first replication to be around 33.42TB and it's been steadily going down every time the SSH connection pipe gets broken and the service restarts.
On the Home FreeNAS - the dataset is not at 20TB, even if the Office one shows 16TB of usage. Very confusing.
When I log into my Home FreeNAS, I cannot see any of the snapshots nor do I see any files on the remote dataset.
We're not sure what to do besides resetting the whole thing.
Unfortunately, we cannot bring the server over to the office due to lockdowns in the city. We need to find a remote-only solution.
Moving 16TB of data would take about 60 days, which requires stability in the internet connection.
