Replaced disk failing during resilver

I had a failing disk with uncorrectable sectors that failed a long test. I took the disk offline and replaced it with a lightly used disk I had laying around. The resilver started and is 14% complete however it is reporting 128 uncorrectable unreadable sectors. It also had 18 errors on the disk. Do I let the resilver complete before replacing or should I offline the disk now and replace with a new one. Should I run any SMART tests during the resilver to check the disk? I'm on a 6 disk Z2 raid.

If you want to save time, instead of waiting for this resilver to finish, you can simply remove this failing disk and do another replacement.

My practice for several years has been to pre-test drives before adding them to my NAS using the disk burn-in process that is illustrated in this guide:
https://www.familybrown.org/dokuwiki/doku.php?id=fester112:intro
or this one if you are still using the legacy GUI:

I keep a supply of pre-tested cold spares on hand so I can replace a disk right away. I do that both at home and for the servers I manage at work.
Used drives are much more likely to fail than new ones.
