Recovering data from new NAS

Hi,

A while ago i started buidling a NAS with 1TB, I added some plugins, and finally a 2nd 1TB HDD.
While i did some settings now i cant acces both HDD's anymore.

I want to start over from scratch but i dont want to format the HDD with data on.
I tried getting acces on the HDD from a windows computer but that didnt worked out, can I put the HDD on a windows with a program, all my data is on these HDD and i dont want to risk to loose them.

Is this a FreeNAS system?

It's a Dell pc with nasfree on a USB.
