I am setting up a X7DBN based server, and I am wondering what are the best BIOS settings?

SATA Mode: Auto or Native?
SATA Controller: Enhanced
SATA RAID: Intel or Adaptec?

ACPI: Yes or No?
Cache Extended Memory?

Crystal Beach Features: Enable or Disabled?
CPU Direct Cache Access: Enabled or Disabled?
Intel EIST Support: Enabled or Disabled?

OS Boot Watchdog: Enabled or Disabled?

The BIOS seems to default to JBOD?
