Reboot and -> Transsmisson Plugin can't start, Vbox webbrower connection refused.

Hello Friends,

Need your help... When I reboot my Freenas, I found 2 problems...

1. The transmission plugin can't be started, when you click off to make it be on,,, it has no response... I try to go to the jail console and found:

looks like some permission issue,,, how can I fix this?


2. The vbox web interface doesn't work also.... it says..
Could not connect to host (http://127.0.0.1:18083/)

try to google, and i know need something like vobxbrower, and when i type it,, it shows:

Shared object "libiconv.so.3" not found, required by "VBoxRT.so"

Then the virtualbox forum brings me to a mysterious world... - -! I guess there could be permission issue also?
