Read/write/deleting permissions

Hi together,

i'm shortly using free nas, too...and I've got a real big problem...
Is there any possibility, to allow users in freeNas 8 writing, but forbid to delete any files?

Before I changed to FreeNAS I was using Windows Server...
I think, if Windows got this feature, FreeNas will have this, too...i'm shure i'm to close to see it...

I guess this is the wrong forum, this topic better fits in http://forums.freenas.org/forumdisplay.php?20-Sharing.

First, this is impossible with standard unix permissions. If a user has +w (write) on a file, he also can delete the file.
It might be possible with ZFS permissions (zfs allow), but I haven't used it yet.
