Hello Everyone!

Below short description my installation problem:

FreeNas ver: 9.2.1.5 (last one)
Hardware: Asus J1800I-A (SOC - System On a Chip) (latest BIOS)
http://www.asus.com/Motherboards/J1800IA/

HDD - WD RED 1TB

Install FROM: DVD / Kingston Traveller 16 GB (usb3.0)
Install ON: Kingston Traveller 8 GB (usb3.0)

I have this message (link below) every time i tried to install system. Any ideas what i should do? Can be hardware incompatibile problem?
Second question: Can i install FreeNas on other machine (different cpu, motherboard - only pen & hdd will be the same), then plug in to first one, and try it to run?

Hello, I have a j1900 and I believe I have the same error ( kernel panic on boot ), not 100% sure it is the same error, Ill look at it this afternoon.
Check this, apparently a fix. I did try the nightly build witch should include the patch ( not sure ) without success.
I haven't apply the patch myself as I don't know how to do it.

Probably to the first one. Yes to the second one.

I installed nightly build (FreeNAS-9.2.1.6-BETA-88abc2b-x64.iso) on 8 gb Traveller Kingston and have same problem (kernel panic). I installed it on another computer, and still cannot run on J1800I-A

VR3! Did You solve the problem?

I turon off everything
HD audio, 1394, usb 3.0, SATA, S states, fast boot. What's left is some processor options like turbo mode, and q fan control...

Nothing changes...
