Problem with install Tautulli

Hi,
I am trying to install the Tautulli plugin but I am having problems:
1) The installation remains indefinitely at 75%
2) reloading the page it seems that the plugin has been installed and working anyway but if I try to open the web page at the address that is shown to me on the plugin page I cannot log in. What is the right address? also i would like to put a fixed address, not dhcp.

Reading on the tautulli site I saw that the port is 8081 but also putting the ip like this: 192.168.1.226:8081 does not work

I managed to install it manually with this guide: https://github.com/Tautulli/Tautulli/wiki/Installation#freebsd--freenas
Does anything change if I don't use the community plugin? also for updates?

generally, manual installs are easier to keep updated and are not restricted to jail versions
