New to freenas. Every time I try and install a plugin I get this message [EFAULT] jexec: execvp: pkg-static: No such file or directory. I have tried deleting Iocage and reinstalling but get the same response.

I am experiencing this exact thing right now. using FreeNAS-11.2-BETA3.

I have been unable to make sickrage convert to sickchill all week too... it seems people figured out how to do it on freenas 11.1 but nobody has a good guide on how to do it for 11.2 beta3

I'm also seeing the same issue on 11.2 beta 3 when trying to install various jails/plugins.

Similar problem. After update to FreeNAS-11.2-BETA3 iocage plugins won't install:
Code:
 # iocage list
+-----+------+-------+--------------+------+
| JID | NAME | STATE | RELEASE	| IP4 |
+=====+======+=======+==============+======+
| 18 | emby | up	| 11.2-RELEASE | DHCP |
+-----+------+-------+--------------+------+
# iocage fetch -P --name qbittorrent ip4_addr="bge0|192.168.1.4/24" --branch 'master'
Plugin: qbittorrent
  Official Plugin: True
  Using RELEASE: 11.2-RELEASE
  Using Branch: master
  Post-install Artifact: https://github.com/freenas/iocage-plugin-qbittorrent.git
  These pkgs will be installed:
	- net-p2p/qbittorrent
This plugin requires accepting a license to proceed:

I can't install plugins via both web and shell.

Maybe another helpful things:
  1. Right after update my FN i can install Emby (and now it fully worked) and radarr/sonarr (but this plugins already deleted)
  2. I updated my pfsense router (2.4.0 -> 2.4.4) and make some changes, like setting up PFblockerNG
  3. My old warden jail "deluge" (manually created via how-to from this forum) sometimes cannot download torrents. But after changing in legacy ui static to DHCP with creating static mapping in DHCP server on pfsense, all seems to work now.
  4. I tried with couchpotato, qbittorrent and gitlab plugins
  5. In web ui, before pkg-static efault, a mesage appears briefly - "EFAULT check dns-sec in iocage jail" or something like that. I guess this bug is related to this.

Same here. Getting the samme error message for every plugin I try to install.
I thought maybe it was because I deleted something, but seeing that others have the same problem today maybe it's something else? Anyone have any clue?

I found some posts from trueos and pcbsd forums, where similar problem (access to pkg CDN) explained as problem with CDN. On trueos forum user have similar issue - stable connect via browser/ICMP and problems with 'pkg' command.

Same problem here. Update Freenas 11 to 11.2, and wanted to install Syncthing. But cannot get the plugin installed.

Also, if I click on Plugins -> Installed it gives the message "no such table: packages"

Same here. I tried a few of the packages to no avail -

[EFAULT] jexec: execvp: pkg-static: No such file or directory

it does create an empty / half-configured Jail, but that's about it.

Same issue after fresh install of 11.2-BETA3. No issues on previous version or upgrades. I deleted the btsync jail several times then the iocage dataset, but encountered the same error after each deletion. The network in the jail always resolved names and worked w/o issue. I tried several other plugins afterwards, same error, same result: a jail w/ a non-working plugin.

As a workaround I used portsnap and the jail shell to install rslsync manually in the btsync jail created by the install.

Can confirm! Probably just a server that went down. Maybe an IPFS package manager is in order! x)

Tried it last night the plug in were there. Said it installed went to try and set up the jail and there was nothing there. Ended up getting 11.1 to work on my machine so i think I'm gonna stick with that.

11.2 is still a Beta, so I tend to avoid like the plague. I'm also surprised and Beta is in a 'stable' train like it shows in 11.2
