Plugin doesn't auto-start?

I'm sure I'd seen an earlier thread about this, but I can't find it now. I'm running TrueNAS CORE 12.0-U5.1 on a HPE Microserver Gen8 with 16GB of RAM, and have the xmrig plugin installed. It works just fine, but I have to manually start it on boot, every time the system boots. Start-on-boot is on:

...and the CLI reports the same:
Code:
dan@cbnas ➜ ~ iocage get boot xmrig
1

How can I make the jail start at boot time?

Might it be crashing when it's automatically started? Some race condition?

Jail has a mount point that refers to an encrypted passphrase-protected dataset that doesn't automatically unlock at boot?

To rule it out entirely, is there a mount point the jail uses that for some reason isn't immediately available at boot time?

EDIT: If feasible, can you disable all mount points to see if the issue resolves (i.e, jail autostarts correctly on bootup)?
