Plex Web Interface Does Not Load

So I followed the video here: View: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3DnUWTliaOY
and when I go to the web interface, it times out. Why does this happen? My IPv4 start address is 192.168.2.1 and it ends at 192.168.2.254. The jail IP address is 192.168.2.19. I don't understand what the problem is. I am extremely new to freenas and have somewhat of an idea of what I'm doing.

Did I get the range of IP's wrong? What did I do? Because I followed all of the steps.

From my understanding, you should be using an IP outside of your DHCP range, in the case of my own network anything greater than x.x.x.200 or in your case probably 192.168.2.200 and up. Although I did do this on mine and mine is timing out just like yours. I decided to install via ports instead of the plugin pkg and I can't even install it now. So I'm as lost as you are in how to get this thing to work. Hopefully someone can help.

Not sure where you went south. I installed the plugin the other day just hitting ok all the way through. A do not care install for testing. It worked perfectly.

The jails tab shows you the IP. And you need to start the service in the installed plugins tab. My plex jail lives on 192.168.1.4.
