Plex storage not seeing target

Has anyone else had a problem with Plex storage not seeing the target mount?

I have /mnt/storage/media/* linked to /media in Jails - Storage but when Plex plugin tries to browse there it doesn't see any files. It's not seeing /mnt/storage/media

Give the files read permissions for the owner, group and other.

please check/show 'ls -l /mnt/storage/media'
have the files been touched, have you uploaded new files?

Files are still intact. I uninstalled and deleted all the MediaPlex settings and then reinstalled. Problem seems to be fixed now.
