Plex: how to choose a folder in a different hdd ?

Hallo everybody,
anyone has ever pointed a folder in an hdd different from the one where is the plug in ?
In my case I have the plugin and the jail in the hdd with the freenas os so it s getting full quicky with the file i watch with plex ...
