Permissions issue on new install

Hi
I have a permissions issue that I have noticed after setting up a new freenas 9.2.0 and the following plugins.

As can be seen they are all relating to the same instances, all the folders belong to root:wheel as installed. the same is for the files except for files created by user 'Operator' which I note is part of NOQUEUE: SYSERR.

I tried fixing this by creating a test user sickbeard with a group sickbeard and adding wheel, operator and nogroup to the Auxiliary groups. This did not fix the issue.

Can anyone advise how I can fix the permissions errors?

OK I had the wrong name set for the user, so I have now created users for all 3 plugins and the messages have now changed.
