I am new to this. I have some questions about Freenas. I set up a peer to peer net work with my Freenas box and work station at subnet 192.168.2.1/24 and 192.168.2.2/24. However, I run into authentication issue. Same user are able to login into SMB server no problem over 192.1.1.0 (1gb ethernet) subnet, but when I try to access the SMB server though 192.168.2.1 (Mellanox connectX3 over ethernet mode), it always show access deny. I tried to google this problem whole night, but no luck so far.
Please help, thank you in advance.

Were you able to resolve this? If not, which version of FreeNAS? Which version of clients?
