Owncloud Problem

I can access my owncloud with my Static IP from outside but when i try to access with my domain name just a blank white page ,..

I have forwarded the domain to IP in godday .
I have even checked forwarding my FREEnas ip to the same domain works perfectly ..
but when change the ip to Owncloud i cant access through domain but i can acces through the static IP !

If u can please help me .. i am just a Newbie here !

I found the problem , It's because of the Forward and mask IP in the godaddy Domain setting.

Works only if i choose the Forward only option and that leads to Visible IP address !

domanin : www.playercloud.in

If i choose forward and mask option in the goddady settings I can't access through the domain name

Looking for a help !

im pretty sure your IP needs to be visible if you want OC to be accessible from the internet.

SO you can't mask the IP for OC ? no chance to do it ?

im not sure what masking means. if you want to connect to your OC you need the hostname or IP, hostnames are then converted to IPs using DNS. you need the address to know where to send your packets.

this is pretty fundamental to how the internet works, and has nothing to do with OC.
