NTFS File Mounting Issues

Hello all-

I have an issue with 2 External Hard Drives not mounting correctly. When I mount either one, the mounting data amount kb not Gb. I have a 500gb and a 1tb drive, so clearly there is something going on here.

Could someone provide some insight?

Which version of FreeNAS?

What command (full command with arguments) are you using to mount it? A screenshot of ls -h might also be useful to see what you're seeing.

Sorry for the long wait-

I am using 9.1.1. I am using no command to mount these drives. I use the "import Volume" option in the gui.
