No LAN/WAN access from Windows VM on TrueNAS on bridge interface

I have a Windows 10 Enterprise LTSC VM on my TrueNAS server (TrueNAS-SCALE-23.10.1.3, Cobia train). The VM's NIC is bound to the br70 interface on my server which is bound to vlan70 which is bound to interface enp1s0f3. The br70 interface has an IP address of 192.168.70.2.

I have other NICs on the TrueNAS with various apps which are set to interfaces set up in the same way which work fine. However, this VM cannot access the local network or the internet. The Windows troubleshooter can't find any issues. I could use some help setting this up.
