No IPv4 in some jails after upgrade 9.10 -> 11

I upgraded from 9.10 to 11. Now 3 out of 6 jails are not reachable because they don't have IPv4 adresses anymore (checked with "ifconfig -a"). All 6 jails have fixed IPv4 addresses set in the FreeNAS UI. I also tried to apply different addresses with the UI -> no luck.

How can I assign IPv4 addresses to the jails again?

Where in the UI?

Please post the following within code tags:

1. output of ifconfig run from the FreeNAS shell

2. ouput of ifconfig run from the shell of one of the jails that isn't getting an IP

Meanwhile I have recreated the 3 jails.
