I noticed plugins like nexcloud and zoneminder are having problems installing the database.
For some reason it can't write to the /tmp/ folder, therefore causing issues during installation, it wasn't possible access the database using the mysql command. The way I solved it was by giving full access to /tmp folder "chmod 777 /tmp" only then i was able to access mysql and then creating the database and users. The nextcloud database and user was not created during installation and no error was given.
