nested datasets for Plugin Jail & Software

Has anyone successfully installed the jail and plugins using a nested zfs dataset in 8.2-p1 x64? I tried it multiple times and keep getting the following error...


The path /mnt/tank/jail/software already exists

my datasets are as follows:

jail - /mnt/tank/jail

software - /mnt/tank/jail/software

If you're naming your jail "software" it wont work...

You can have /mnt/tank/jail as dataset and use it as jail path, but /mnt/tank/jail/software cannot exist.
