Nas wont boot

i have been using nas for a week now everything has been working fine the latest change i made was setting it up for FTP. today when i was doing a file transfer using filezilla it said it disconnected from the server and i could not access the server anymore. When i checked and tryied to reboot this is what came up it seems like is not seeing my drive image limk below.

does anybody know what happen and what i can do?
im a regular dude with no linux experience so please talk to me in simple terms.
