Multiple Transmission Storage Locations

Hey, I've been searching around for an answer to this question with no luck so far. Sorry if this has already been asked.

What I want to do:
- Use Transmission to download Movies and TV Shows to separate directories
- Then use those two directories as sources for Plex so that my Movies and TV Shows can be separate and organized.

So far:
- I have all of my Transmission downloads going to one directory (default).
- That downloads directory is a source for my Plex plugin.
- This works great until I want to download a TV Show season.

Question:
- Is it possible to allow Transmission to download to different directories within its jail?

read my setup steps. Google 'jruehlig freenas' I use multiple category based directories there. whatever program your using needs to have transmission api support to do this.
