Headphones & Transmission: music won't move from imcomplete folder

I have Couch, SickR, and Headphones and each is configured with Transmission and test successfully in their setups to push torrents into transmission for downloads to be moved to /movies /tv /music respectively under a downloads folder.

Transmission is set to use incomplete folder under local /mnt before moving files to /downloads and the proper move directory underneath.

Couchpotato: works fine
SickRage: works fine
Headphone: no movement of fully completed downloads being moved to /mnt/downloads/music; they are stuck in /mnt/incomplete

Transmission is 777 all folders/files so in /incomplete there are a dozen or so directories for music artists all fully readable/writable.

Transmission's /mnt/incomplete folder is 777 on permissions so all can read/write to it.

Here's transmission's /mnt folder:

Here's transmission's view of it's downloads directory:

So I don't get why transmission isn't moving from incomplete to downloads/Music for Headphones but does so for SickRage and Couch.

Nope still stuck in incomplete.
