Hi All,

I have been playing with Freenas over the last few days and all is good so far, but I do have 1 question if someone on here could answer.

At the moment I use windows server 2008 for all my work and am trying out the Freenas software as alternative.

Mounting my 6 Dlink Nas drives with each one having 2 x 2tb hard drives installed is quite easy in windows, but I cant see a way to mount these in Freenas, is there an easy option to be able to use these as a storage device or does Freenas require physical hard drive to be present in the box?

Thanks to all who replys.
