max thoughtput

I'm am trying to found out what will be the maximum thoughtput between (linux-like server) and windows 7 desktop. currently data is on a raid5 in debian, going to try to transfer/convert :P. Have looked at lagg/lacp, iscsi+mpio. i am looking at this mobo http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813182262 and this nic http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16833268002 to give me 4 intel nics to play with. Current setup has 1 intel nic on the windows desktop, and 2 nics in the server (bonded adaptive -LB or not didn't matter), and could get a consistent 125mb/s coping several TB of data. So, im fairly convinced i am bout by the 1 gb connection. Looking at windows7 + mpio looks difficult. if i were to get the 2 items above plus a switch that can do lacp would i be able to push data faster than 125mb/s ( assuming a lagg on both ends)?
