lost volume raid

First greetings to all, I am newbie, recently met freenas and truth that caught my attention enough, so I installed freenas 8 in a 40 G Seagate drive with a raid 0 with two disks samsung 2 T (4 T in total) called nas and it was perfect when I added another disk nasII lllamado gave me an error and no longer had access to data, but I can not reinstall matter freenas raid 0 when I run zpool I get the following:

I actually think nasII and nas are part of my raid, but I think I accidentally changed the name of a volume of my raid ( to nasII).
