When trying to create a LAGG using LACP I choose the 2 NIC and click ok, the page then seems to crash and unable to access the server via browser and I have to remove the LAGG Interface using CLI with moniter plugged into server and then reboot

Hardware specs? As well as the driver names for the interfaces you are using.

Creating LAGG interfaces is a bit tricky because both underlying interfaces have to be unconfigured before attempting to create the lagg interface. If you're accessing the web interface through one of the network interfaces you're trying to add to the lagg interface you will most certainly fail and be left stranded with a totally broken network configuration.
There are two solutions:
1. Use a third network interface to configure the lagg interface out of the other two network interfaces.
2. Use the console. Unconfigure any IP addresses on both network interfaces you want to use to create the lagg interface. Maybe even reboot for good measure. Then use the console to create the lagg interface.
