Jails cannot open ports after upgrading FreeNAS

Hello,
Today I upgraded my FreeNAS installation.
Before the upgrade, I've exported the vault, then after the upgrade, imported it back.

Now when I start my jails, neither of my web servers running in jails are accessble via browser.
curl command works though.

I tried to create new jail, there web server is accessible.

For some reason all old jails don't work normally.

Current FreeNAS version: 11.3-U3.2

Did you upgrade from 11.2 with warden jails? Warden jails' functioning capability was completely removed from 11.3. You need to migrate your jails to iocage if that's your issue.

No I was using iocage jails. Jails are functioning fine, I can even enter the shell and curl localhost, and it will return the server. Problems occur when I enter the IP in my browser and it times out.

I removed all my network interfaces, added them and it started working. Weird, but now it's working.
