ISO usb creation stuck

Finally got round to getting my freenas up running thought step one simple install the iso to boot usb drive using Rufus .... I’m step one fail it keeps getting 100% and that’s it will not finish have tired redownloading the iso and restarting everything and different usb drive still sticks what I’m a doing wrong???

Hello,
Check the checksum of your downloaded file. And try another usb key. And try to reset the usb key with diskpart or the disk graphical windows tool
