Is this an RMA?

Hi all,

Just returned from a couple of weeks off-grid, and noticed my weekly SMART long test (screenshots below) started throwing an error 8 days ago. Reran the test manually overnight just to check and there's definitely a persistent and reproducible error.

I'm working through this troubleshooting guide (https://forums.freenas.org/index.ph...bleshooting-guide-all-versions-of-freenas.17/), but can't seem to find a definitive answer on whether this read error means I should RMA this drive.

Would appreciate any guidance from those more knowledgeable than myself.

If it's failing SMART tests, it's RMA time.

It has a 'Multi_Zone_Error_Rate' greater than zero and it is giving you a read error.
Totally agree with @Jailer , the drive is done, send it back.
