Hello,

I have the CyberPower BR1200ELCD-UK UPS, and while i couldn't find the exact driver in the drop-down list within the TrueNAS GUI, i wondered if any other compatible driver in the list would suffice.

Link to CyberPower BR1200ELCD-UK

My TrueNAS setup:
- Motherboard: QNAP TS-453Be
- Build: TrueNAS-SCALE-22.12.3.3
- CPU: Intel® Celeron® J3455 4-core 1.5 GHz processor
- HDD: WD 3TB Reds
- RAM: Crucial 16GB Kit (2 x 8GB) SODIMM DDR3L

Much appreciated...

I basically just pick drivers and try them till you find one that works. there are 2 that cover like 80% of all UPS
if its the wrong driver the worst that can really happen is it doesn't work.

Code:
nut-scanner

yeah nut-scanner -U will show you which driver your ups expects. Then just pick a matching one from the list, it doesn't have to be the same manufacturer. e.g. if your ups expects the usbhid-ups driver any matching driver will work.

Thanks for the replies. I ended up using TrueNAS as a slave with my UPS connected directly to my pFsense router. Probably better that way as now I can also power down the router too...
