Installation Error - Wont Boot

So - I had everything set up and running - but I made a bit of a mess my first go-around so I decided to format and start fresh... unfortunately, now the install wont work? Anyone have any ideas?

If it's like the install of 9.2.1.5 I did this afternoon - just wait it out. It finally got to the Console setup menu - even though I thought it was stuck. Subsequent restarts were normal.
