Hello everybody,
I am new in this community and with my first post I have a big problem directly.

I us freenas since 2 years and I am happy with it. But I had a problem, I were not able to install plugins with my 09.10 freenas version. And as I read some threads, it looked like it could be a problem with templates and found no solution.

No problem, I thought to myself, I decided to start with a fresh install and an import of my two pools.
Pool1, NasVol1 is my encrypted data pool with 3 hard disks.
Pool2, NasVol0 is my system dataset with a SSDisk.

After clean install I am not able to import both pools. I have several config backups and of course my encryption key, but when I import my config I can see both volumes in webgui but locked. When I try to unlock, then I can't see any volumes in part 2 of import wizard.

On console I have tried zpool status and zpool import but nothing changed. With zpool status I can only see pool freenas-boot.

What can I do?

Best regards,
Andy

That's normal, the disks have to be unlocked first.

Unfortunately, I can't offer much advice regarding the encrypted pool, besides carefully reading the appropriate section of the manual. And don't panic.

Also, system specs and FreeNAS versions would be helpful.
