Every few minutes I'm getting new alerts in the GUI:

In System → Alert Settings I have set “Replication Succeeded” → “Set Frequency” to NEVER
I have dismissed dozens of those alerts already, but they keep popping up again. Why do I still get those alerts?
Reproducible on two different systems.
