I can't access gui user interface

Hello

I have freenas 8 installed but LAN IP address is not acquired automatically (just 0.0.0.0). I also tried manually installing (192.168.0.51), seems to take, but can't access webGUI by using that address from any computer. What can I do to be able to access webGUI ? Thanks all.

(it's ok with freenas 7 !)
