HP Prolaint DL380 G4 Wont boot after fresh install

AS the title states I have a HP DL380 Gen 4. It has two dual cores and 10GB RAM and more then enough drives.. now I've done an install over virtual media via the iLO port onto a 8GB USB Stick. It seems to install fine but after the reboot I get nothing and i mean nothing. The BIOS will post but after the bios I dont even get the Grub loader. I just get a blackscreen with a blinking cursor in the corner. Anyone know about an issue like this? I've also tried an install from one USB to other and I get the same result. So yea im not sure what is going on here. This is all using the latest 9.10.1-u2 STABLE Release.

Did you select BIOS or EFI booting during the installer?

I dont think I picked either? as i was never prompted about them. None the less i'll re-partition the USB and try again while keeping an eye out for those options.

Well I never got it to work with the latest version of FreeNAS so im using 9.2 which is working I might at a later date try and upgrade through all the version to the latest.
