How to upgrade from version 9.2 to version 9.3

I have NAS with version 9.2 that i am start from Flash Drive and several hard drives with data ()
Now i want to upgrade to version 9.3 and i have new flash Drive that i prepared with version 9.3 and i also save my server configuration.
In order to run my server with the new version with my new Flash Drive i only need to connect it to my server and start my server ?

In most cases, yes.

Once the server starts, you will need to "UPLOAD CONFIG", and then everything should be fine.

After upgrade to the new version it seems that everything works fine except this message that pop up after click on the Alert Button in the Right corner of the screen:

What does it mean ?

Means you can upgrade your pool to latest version. You should upgrade it if you don't plan to go back to 9.2.x version. Test your system a few days and ignore the warning. If you're comfortable to upgrade and don't have downsides, just do it.

If i will upgrade this pool, i am not gonna loss any data ?
What is the steps to do that ?

You shouldn't lose data. As always, a good backup is needed. To update, look here.
