How to manage ZFS into an extended partition?
Last week I did install Freenas 8.
With an ubuntu live cd, I did try to change the partitions.
The problem is, I can not change a partition with Gparted, and there is no room for a 5th partiton.
I want and I will ask a solution for this disappointment.
I can not comprehend that it is so designed to wasting hardware and wasting energie.
Thats why i want to change the partition setup.
Why do Freenas have four partitons and what format is it?
And is it possible to change these four partitions in three partitions with possible solutions?
To waste no hardware any more, i like to make an logical partition for data or /home .
