How to autoshutdown Freenas in case of disk failure

Hello,

I have already an script to send me every 6 hours the smart test.

I fact... i don't use to read these mails becouse i have a lot of work so... Does exist a way to mail an Alert error saying something about like a disk crashed and freenas will shutdown automatically? so when I come back to home can repair it?
