i recently built my first nas and installed freenas 11.3. After getting familiar with how jails work and how to get the privileges inside the jail right im still encountering a problem.
first i have used the search function but the last homebridge threads are 3-4 years old.
i have installed homebridge using the plugin installer and the jails are running on 11.3-RELEASE-p9. everything works fine except the reaction time is really bad. when i open the home app on ios it takes ages for it to get the data from my iot devices. when i ran it on a raspberrypi it would take as long as now.
i am also running a nodered jail witch seems to work as fast as i am used to.
did somebody encounter similar problems? can i somehow increasy the jails priority or might the problem be of another nature?
