ho aggiunto il nuovo disco invece di fare replace

ho un NAS con 7 dischi da 3 Tera, un disco e' sacrificato per il boot, gli altri 6 invece sono sonoin RAIDZ2-0

Si e' rotto un disco ed ecco la situazione:

zpool status -x

Ho chiesto a quelli della webfarm di sotituire il disco rotto (il 5^)
Dopo la sostituzione da interfaccia web ho fatto (stupidamente) Add
Non dovevo fare Add
Dovevo fare replace
Il disco addato adesso e' l'ultimo
/dev/gptid/7ede4402-1633-11e3-9227-0024219c3544

Adesso sono in questa situazione

non mi fa rimuovere
non mi fa fare detach

il replace mi chiede di fare -f, sono sicuro che perdo tutto

Esiste qualche altra via di uscita?

X il tuo problema ho delle idee, ma ti consiglio di attendere chi è + esperto di me.
immagino cmq che ti indichi degraded xkè il raid non'è del tutto operativo

e degraded xche' nonostante manchi un disco, per l aridondanza e' operativo ma in modo degradato, ha perso la ridondanza che aveva

bella situazione la tua, hai provato prima di fare qualsiasi operazione a mettere il disco che hai aggiunto offline?

Hai provato dare un occhio qua, nello specifico al capitolo 11, in questo paragrafo, oppure qua dove parla di attaccare e staccare i dischi.
