I'm Thomas from Belgium, an 28 year old netwerk / system engineer at a Hospital where I live. My main IT interest is security and networking.
I've been using pfSense at home to manage access to my network and provide me with a VPN connection to access my resources at home at all time.
I've started using NextCloud just recently and I have some raspberry pi's running that I want to virtualize and consolidate to 1 one device. This 'want to virtualize' and 'I need to replace my Zyxel NSA' is what drove me to this new FreeNas project.
