HDD disconnect from ZFS

Hy i have a little problem.
In my nas i have two of HDD-s
One WD red (3Tb) and an other WD standard (1Tb) this two hdd is my Drive called DriveA.
Now i want to disconnect from my DriveA the 1TbWD HDD, and create a new drive called DriveB for my personal datas.
So i want disconnect the the 1Tb drive form ZFS, and whit this drive create a new standalone ZFS.

How can i do this?
What is the method?

You don't. You are running a striped array. If either disk fails you lose everything.

Anything what i can do is save all of my datas, and after that create the new configuration?
