Hdd 3.5" WD Red 3TB - supermicro x11ssh-f

Hi,

I have a supermicro x11ssh-f board with 3 hdd wd red 3tb 3.5". Last week i bought 2 hdd wd red 3tb 3.5" but the bios of the board and the freenas do not detect them.
I updated the bios firmware to the last one, but nothing. also, just to check, i switched off one of my hdd that is working and tried the new hdd's on the same cables and not detected. The 2 hdd's are damaged?

Not a bit strange, two wd red damaged almost bought at same time?
One of them worked last week but yesterday not

It's not normal, but if they aren't detected, and other disks are in the same ports, it's the most likely explanation, you can confirm by trying to use them on a different PC if you have one.
